Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SnapEstimate, an instant-quote widget and lead dashboard for garage-floor installers. By creating an account or embedding the widget you agree to them.

The service

SnapEstimate lets installers set their own rates, embed an estimate widget on their website, and receive homeowner estimate requests. Estimates are price ranges based on homeowner inputs and installer rates; they are not binding quotes. Final pricing is set by the installer after measurement and inspection.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the rates and service areas you configure.

Plans, trials and billing

New accounts start with a 14-day trial. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance once billing is enabled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including sending spam, submitting false leads, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for unlawful purposes. Contact homeowners only about their estimate request and in line with the consent they gave.

Your data and homeowner data

You own your content and the leads you receive. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to run the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for your own use of homeowner contact details.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or jobs.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure you may request an export of your leads.
